The network actively addresses key public health and rights-based issues, with a strong focus on the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), promotion of Front-of-Pack Labeling (FOPL), and advocacy for increased budget allocation to support physical activity. CNET members also promote the development of infrastructure for physical activity, including safe public spaces and walkable environments, while advancing health rights at the community level.<\/p><p>The network plays a vital role in identifying and documenting local challenges related to public health, environment, governance, and human rights. Its core activities include community consultations, evidence generation, policy tracking, and grassroots advocacy. By bringing local knowledge and experiences into national policy discussions, CNET contributes to informed decision-making, joint advocacy initiatives, and public awareness campaigns.
