In addition, the program advocates for adequate and equitable budget allocation for the health sector, recognizing that sustainable financing is critical to improving infrastructure, workforce capacity, and service delivery. She highlighted that human and animal health are interconnected and stressed the importance of safe food and proper nutrition.<\/p><p>Speakers at the webinar pointed out gaps in access, affordability, and quality of healthcare services. Dr. Abu Jamil Faisal underlined the need for clear healthcare entitlements, improved service quality, and greater public participation. Dr. Rumana Haque noted that insufficient public investment is forcing people to rely on costly private healthcare.<\/p><p>Concerns were also raised about gender inequality in healthcare.
