The CLPA ICT Rights and Civic Education Program focuses on empowering people through knowledge and awareness of their digital rights and responsibilities. It promotes understanding of ICT-related rights, including privacy, data protection, and responsible online behavior in an increasingly digital society. At the same time, the civic education component aims to educate citizens about laws, rights, and duties, fostering active, informed, and responsible participation in society. Through awareness campaigns, training, and advocacy, the program seeks to build a legally conscious and digitally responsible citizenry.
